This is a labor saver tether kit which includes a coiled, 4" snap tether, clevis pin, and stainless steel quick key ring for use in attaching the scoop to the bin body on a scoop bin.
The ends have a key ring which attaches to a clevis pin (part #1590) and a quick release snap on the other end to make scoop removal for cleaning fast and easy.
The stainless steel quick key ring can remain on the scoop, and will not rust!
Talk about quick and easy to remove!
